5. Financing

Financing for new system installations and major upgrades is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.

6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your equipment, including attics, closets, and outdoor units, and to secure pets during the visit. You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized by the owner to approve work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as code deficiencies, hidden damage, mold, or asbestos, which we will report to you if found.

7. Warranties & Guarantee
