Effective date: October 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hvacrepairspflugerville.com (the "Site") and the HVAC services provided by ATX Heating & Air Conditioning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Website

The content on this Site is provided for general information about our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed technician. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Submitting an online request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it by phone, text, or email. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, emergencies, and job complexity can affect timing, and we will keep you informed. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

• We use flat-rate pricing. A written price will be provided for your approval before any work begins.
• Free estimates are offered for new system installations and replacement quotes.
• Any diagnostic or trip fee for repair calls is disclosed when your appointment is dispatched.
• We do not charge emergency surcharges for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service.
• If additional problems are discovered after work begins, we will explain them and obtain your approval before performing additional work.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing or arranged through approved financing.
• Prices shown or discussed on this Site are subject to change and to on-site conditions.

5. Financing

Financing for new system installations and major upgrades is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.

6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your equipment, including attics, closets, and outdoor units, and to secure pets during the visit. You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized by the owner to approve work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as code deficiencies, hidden damage, mold, or asbestos, which we will report to you if found.

7. Warranties & Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work to make it right. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer under their terms and may require registration and regular maintenance. Specific workmanship warranty terms for your job will be stated on your written quote or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, power surges, acts of nature, lack of maintenance, or work performed by others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Manufacturer names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify equipment we service.
